Get Organized Behind the Scenes

A six-week live program for women business owners who are struggling to gain traction because the information, decisions, and systems behind their business are disorganized.

Save Your Spot

Scattered Information Is Slowing You Down

As a business owner, you are not only managing client work.
You're also managing:

  • Papers and digital files
  • Emails, messages, and follow-up
  • Client information
  • Ideas, notes, and resources
  • Tasks and unfinished decisions
  • Business procedures
  • Apps, platforms, and logins
  • Information you saved because you might need it someday

It all adds up.

And when that information is scattered across your desk, computer, inbox, phone, cloud storage, notebooks, and apps, even simple tasks can take more time and energy than they need to.

You are wasting time...

Searching for things you know you saved

Rereading messages because you cannot remember whether you responded

Hesitating to delegate because you are not sure how everything works yourself

Carrying reminders in your head because you do not completely trust the places where you put them

This isn't a sign that you are incapable of running your business.

It's a sign that the information behind your business needs more structure.

Disorganization Is Costing You Money

The cost is not only the minutes you spend searching for a file or trying to remember where you wrote something down.

Disorganization can also show up as:

  • Leads and follow-up slipping through the cracks

  • Missed deadlines and delayed decisions

  • Work taking longer than it needs to

  • Paying for apps and tools you are not fully using

  • Repeating work because you cannot find the original

  • Avoiding delegation because your processes are unclear

  • Losing focus because too much is competing for your attention

  • Spending evenings catching up on work that could have been handled more easily

  • Holding back on growth because the business already feels difficult to manage

None of these things may feel catastrophic on their own.

But over time, they affect your capacity to serve clients, make decisions, follow through, and create momentum.

Getting organized is not only about making things easier to find.

It is about creating the structure your business needs to move forward.

What's Possible When Everything Is Organized

Imagine being able to find the information you need without searching through five different places.

Knowing what needs your attention, what can wait, and what no longer belongs on your list.

Following up with potential clients while they are still interested.

Responding more quickly, delivering a smoother client experience, and keeping important opportunities from slipping through the cracks.

Having the structure to take on more clients without feeling as though everything behind the scenes is about to fall apart.

Delegating work more easily because your information and processes are not stored only in your head.

Spending less time searching, backtracking, and managing preventable problems, and more time on the work that brings revenue into your business.

When your business is organized, you have more capacity to market consistently, follow up, serve clients well, and make clearer decisions about where your time and money are going.

Organization alone does not create income. But it removes many of the obstacles that make it harder to attract clients, keep up with opportunities, and grow.

Get Organized in a Way That Works for You

You don't need a color-coded elaborate folder system or a perfectly empty inbox, or complex project management system.

You need to understand:

  • What information you are managing
  • What is creating the most friction
  • Which decisions need to be made
  • What can be deleted, released, or ignored
  • Where different types of information belong
  • What needs a system and what does not
  • How to create systems that fit the way you actually work

Once you have this information you can become more organized in a way you can maintain.

Not Another Course to Finish

This is a live teaching program delivered over six weeks.

Each week, I will guide you through one part of the process so you can focus on the right decisions in the right order.

You will receive homework to help you apply what you learn between sessions, but you will not receive a large workbook to complete.

You will also have access to the Sensibly Organized Toolkit, which includes processes you can use during the program and continue using afterward.

Questions can be posted in the private participant community, where I will answer them and provide clarification about the material.

The live sessions will remain focused on teaching. They do not include coaching, business strategy, individualized planning, or lengthy open-ended Q&A.

What is included

Six live weekly teaching sessions

Each session will be approximately 60 minutes and delivered live on Zoom.

Session recordings

You will have access to the recordings if you cannot attend live or want to revisit the material.

Private participant community

Use the community to ask questions, share what you are working through, and receive clarification between sessions.

The Sensibly Organized Toolkit

You will receive access to processes that support the organizing process without giving you another giant workbook to finish.

A clear six-week process

Rather than trying to organize everything at once, you will move through the information, decisions, and systems behind your business in a logical order.

What You Will Learn During the Six Weeks

Week 1

Map the Mess

Before you start reorganizing folders, buying containers, or downloading another app, you need to see what you are actually managing.

We will identify the papers, digital information, messages, tasks, open loops, and unfinished systems competing for your attention.

You will begin to see what is creating the most pressure and where your organizing work needs to start.

Week 2

Make the Decisions

Disorganization is often made up of decisions that have been delayed.

  • Should you keep it?
  • Does it still matter?
  • Do you need to respond?
  • Is this something you need to do, delegate, schedule, or release?

We will look at the decisions underneath the clutter so you can stop moving the same information around without resolving it.

Week 3

Simplify and Group Your Business Information

Paper and digital clutter are both forms of information.

We will talk about how to narrow what you are keeping and begin grouping related information in ways that make sense to you.

The goal is not to create a perfect filing system. It is to make your information easier to recognize, manage, and find.

Week 4

Messaging, Follow-Up, and CRM

Your business communication may be spread across email, text messages, social media messages, contact forms, handwritten notes, and your memory.

We will look at how you currently manage conversations, client details, leads, and follow-up.

You will learn what needs to be tracked, what may belong in a CRM, and how to avoid creating a system that is more complicated than the problem it is meant to solve.

Week 5

Open Loops, Tasks, and Next Steps

Not everything taking up space is a physical or digital item.

Some of the heaviest clutter comes from unfinished decisions, unanswered messages, ideas you have not acted on, and tasks that have not been given a clear next step.

We will look at how to identify and manage these open loops without creating another enormous to-do list you do not trust.

Week 6

Evaluate and Build Simple Systems

Systems come after you understand the problem.

During the final week, you will evaluate what remains and determine which areas genuinely need a repeatable system.

You will learn how to create simple systems that support the way you think and work, rather than forcing yourself into someone else’s idea of organization.

We will meet live on Zoom on Wednesdays at 4:00 PM Eastern Time for six weeks.

“Can’t I get organized on my own?”

Yes, you can.

You built a business. You solve problems every day. And ultimately, you will be the one applying what you learn and organizing the information behind your business.

But before you try another method, ask yourself:

How many systems, planners, methods, and apps have you already tried?

The issue is not whether you are capable of doing the work.

It is whether you have a clear process for knowing what to work on first, which decisions need to be made, and what kind of organization will fit the way you actually run your business.

Trying to figure it out on your own often looks like:

  • Cleaning up one area without addressing what keeps creating the clutter
  • Spending hours researching the best app or system
  • Creating folders before deciding what you need to keep
  • Moving information from one place to another without resolving it
  • Setting up a complicated tool that does not fit the way you work
  • Promising yourself you will handle it when business slows down
  • Starting over each time the system stops working

The problem is rarely a lack of information.

There is no shortage of advice about organizing Google Drive, managing your inbox, choosing a planner, or setting up a CRM.

What is harder to find is a clear sequence for deciding what needs attention first, what can be released, and what kind of system will support your business.

Get Organized Behind the Scenes gives you that sequence.

You will still do the work, but you will not have to figure out the entire process through trial and error.

You will learn how to look at the information behind your own business, make clearer decisions, and create an approach that fits the way you actually work.

This may be a good fit if:

  • Your business information is scattered across too many places
  • You waste time searching for files, messages, or notes
  • You have systems that are only partially set up
  • You feel behind on follow-up or unfinished tasks
  • You have tried organizing on your own but cannot make it stick
  • You keep experimenting with new apps, planners, and tools
  • You are ready to make decisions and begin applying what you learn
  • You are disciplined enough to set aside time and follow through without personal accountability
  • You want expert guidance without investing in private coaching

This may not be the right fit if:

  • You want someone to organize everything for you
  • You need individual coaching throughout the six weeks
  • You want private accountability or someone checking on your progress
  • You need live co-organizing sessions to complete the work
  • You want detailed technical training on a specific CRM or app
  • You want a customized filing system created for your business
  • You are not currently able to spend time applying what you learn
  • You know you are unlikely to follow through without more hands-on support

Why My Approach Is Different

I'm JoAnn Krall, and I've been helping people get organized for 20 years.

My work is not based on giving everyone the same filing system, folder structure, or productivity app.

I help people understand the information they are managing, make the decisions that are keeping things stuck, and create systems that fit the way they actually work.

As a business owner, your organizing needs are not separate from your business.

The way you manage your information affects your ability to follow up, serve clients, delegate, stay visible, make decisions, and grow.

You don't need a business that looks perfectly organized.

You need one that works when you are busy, tired, creative, distracted, growing, or in the middle of real life.

You do not need to get organized before you begin

You do not need to clean up your files, clear your inbox, or have your systems figured out before the program starts.

You only need to be willing to look honestly at what is not working and begin applying the process to your own business.

The scattered information, unfinished decisions, and half-built systems are not something you need to hide or fix first.

They are the reason you are here.
